Old age Homes in India / Care Homes in India will fall into basic 3 categories. First is the Old age Real Estate developed for resale. Second category is the Old age on a fixed cost and third category is the Charity Old age homes or Ashrams. We are going to introduce the 4th Category which will be a 2 or 3 start Hotel quality Old age Homes / Care Homes in India. They will work on the basis of ‘Pay as you Live’ basis. We believe that this 4th Category is best suited for a category of Residents of Old age living who want to have a certain level of Quality & Standard of Services in their Old age in India.
As per our calculations on the cost of Living in our Old age homes made on the basis of ‘Pay as you Live’ will depend on a lot of factors. We are listing these factors for you:

Location we have already identified where we think that our Care Homes should be located are Paonta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh, Hairdrwar or Rishikesh, Between Delhi & Chandigarh, Greater NOIDA, Bhiwari, Gwalior, Mysuru, Goa and Kerala.
We have calculated that the Monthly cost of living in our Old age Homes / Care homes will range from Rs. 100,000 a month to Rs. 200,000 a month depending on the Location and the services required by the Resident. There will be other costs like Medical, Food (other than very basic), alcohol, clothing, repairing and replacement of broken items etc which will be extra.
